Serenity Homes Baldwin Park, CA
BOSS Cubez provided 16 high quality homes intended to provide temporary housing for families experiencing homelessness before they are placed into permanent accommodations. Residents will be offered individual on-site services such as case management, health and mental health services, three meals a day, restroom, laundry, shower trailers, and an on-site computer room to facilitate homework and job training.
Overall amazing experience working with BOSS Cubez, all questions were addressed, and delivery deadline was met to avoid any delays with our project deadline. BOSS Cubez provided a relatively seamless process with very detailed direction in regard to assembly of the units. Products are of very high quality and really have provided a great housing solution alternative for our residents.

A vacant parking lot was upgraded into an interim housing community that blended perfectly into the surrounding landscape with red roof tops, green glass doors and white walls. The community has 33 private sleeping rooms, 3 offices, a dining hall and common areas. BOSS Cubez took special care to thoughtfully design the buildings to match the traditional Santa Barbara building styles.
33 Gough Street, San Francisco CA
A safe sleeping site with 44 tents was upgraded into a thoughtfully designed interim housing community with; 70 bedrooms, communal bathrooms and showers, dining buildings, offices for support services staff, a computer lab, meeting rooms, and community spaces. Contrary to traditional congregate shelters, residents have the safety and dignity of a private space to call home while they work towards a more permanent exit from homelessness.
